In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking a Kitchen Assistant on a full-time or part-time basis, to join our expanding team at Austin Heath Village.

You will be responsible for assisting our kitchen team with food preparation whilst maintaining excellent levels of cleanliness and efficiency.

The Role:

  • Supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team by assisting with food preparation
  • Helping set up and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Providing an outstanding customer experience to our residents and guests
  • Collecting food from the kitchen and serving to the customer, when required
  • Assisting with the washing up and re-setting tables.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment, would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated and able to work to your initiative without ongoing direct supervision
  • Be an enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable team player.

Our Service:

  • The Kitchen Assistant can be a full-time or part-time opportunity working; 5 out of 7 days, between the hours of 8.00am and 9.00pm
