Soar Mill Cove

Soar Mill Cove is a tiny remote sandy inlet set below the craggy black towers of Bolt Head. Owned by the National Trust, this beautiful beach is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Access is only on foot via the South West Coast Path or somewhat less dauntingly from the Soar Mill Cove Hotel. If you're feeling adventurous, you can visit by canoe or boat from Salcombe. Well worth the effort of getting there, oh and dogs are allowed too!

Please note: There is no disabled access down to the beach and there parking charges apply, pay in the hotel.
