3 Months' Rent Free - Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the 3 months’ rent free scheme (the “Offer”) offered by Inspired Villages Group Limited (“Inspired Villages”) at Blendworth Hills

The Offer

1. The Offer applies to rental properties, granted under a three-year Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement;
2. The value of the “3 months’ rent free” incentive will be applied evenly across the first 12 months of the tenancy;
3. From month 13 onwards, the standard rental amount will apply, subject to any rent increases in accordance with the terms of the AST;
4. By accepting this Offer, the mutual break clause within the AST will increase from 12 months to 20 months.

Eligibility

5. Applicants must meet standard affordability criteria, including but not limited to a satisfactory income-to-rent ratio and successful completion of credit checks;
6. A deposit of 5 weeks’ rent must be paid in full prior to the tenancy starting;
7. The Offer applies to selected properties only.

Exclusions

8. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. Inspired Villages reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice and without liability.
