At Blendworth Hills Retirement Village, there’s a limited-time offer where Inspired Villages will cover 50 % of the standard service charge for four years (48 months) on selected properties. To qualify, purchasers must reserve and legally complete on a qualifying home between 1 January and 31 March 2026. The reduced service charge applies from the month of completion and continues for four years.
This incentive applies only to new purchasers buying selected properties at Blendworth Hills and not to rental homes. It covers the standard service charge only - additional or optional services (such as personal care, guest accommodation charges, utilities, or property repairs) are not included. There’s no cash alternative, and the offer can’t be used with other promotions.
