- Rental is a 3 year AST agreement
- The value of the incentive is spread across the first 12 months
- Full formal rental amount, subject to CPI increase, will resume at month 13
- Full 5 week rental deposit required prior to starting the rental term
- Subject to affordability criteria
- By utilising this incentive, the AST break clause will increase from 12 months to 20 months
