Our proposals
Albourne
In September 2020 outline planning permission was secured on the site of the former Hazeldens Nursery in Albourne. Although the original proposals for the Extra Care scheme with supported living accommodation were submitted by Retirement Villages, a Reserved Matters application is now being progressed by Inspired Villages.
We fully appreciate that residents will have questions about our plans here in Albourne. Here, as we have done elsewhere, we are keen to ensure that our proposals listen to the concerns of local residents whilst delivering lasting benefits to all generations. We will be consulting broadly on the detail of this scheme in the coming months, with the aim of submitting a Reserved Matters application later this year. We look forward to meeting you soon!
