At Ampfield Meadows Retirement Village, there’s a limited‑time Part Exchange offer available for new purchasers who reserve and complete on a qualifying property between 1 January and 31 March 2026. Under this scheme, Inspired Villages will handle the Part Exchange of your current home, allowing you to move without the stress of selling on the open market.
As part of this offer, you’ll also receive £2,000 towards your removals costs, which can either be deducted from the final balance at completion or reimbursed after completion upon providing valid removal invoices. There’s no cash alternative, and the offer can’t be used with other promotions.
