Terms & Conditions – Part Exchange & £2,000 moving fee Contribution Offer

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Part Exchange and £2,000 Moving Fee Contribution Offer available at Ampfield Meadows, part of Inspired Villages.

Please read the following information carefully before reserving a property. By proceeding with a reservation under this offer, purchasers confirm they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promotional Period

This offer is available for a limited time only.

The Promotional Period runs from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 inclusive.

To qualify, purchasers must reserve and legally complete on a qualifying property at Ampfield Meadows within this period.

2. Eligibility

• This offer is available only to new purchasers buying a property at Ampfield Meadows.

• The offer applies exclusively to buyers using the Part Exchange scheme facilitated by Inspired Villages at Ampfield Meadows.

• A reservation fee must be paid, and contracts must be exchanged within the Promotional Period to qualify for the offer.

• Part exchange properties must meet the eligibility criteria set out by Inspired Villages.

Inspired Villages reserves the right to determine whether a purchaser and their property qualify for Part Exchange.

3. £2,000 Removals Contribution

• A total contribution of £2,000 (inclusive of VAT) is available towards the cost of removals.

• The removals contribution will be applied upon legal completion of the property purchase at Ampfield Meadows.

• The contribution will be provided in one of the following ways:

  • Deducted from the final balance due on completion; or

  • Reimbursed via bank transfer following completion, upon presentation of valid removal company invoices or receipts, up to a maximum value of £2,000.

• Receipts or invoices must be issued by a legitimate removals provider and relate directly to the purchaser’s move to Ampfield Meadows.

• No cash alternative is available, and any unused portion of the £2,000 contribution will be forfeited.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, incentive or discount, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Inspired Villages.

• The offer is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and qualifying property.

• The offer applies to selected homes only, subject to availability.

5. General Terms

• Inspired Villages reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend this offer at any time without prior notice.

• All decisions made by Inspired Villages regarding eligibility and application of the offer are final.

• Purchasers are strongly advised to seek independent legal and financial advice before proceeding with a reservation or purchase.

• Inspired Villages accepts no liability for any costs incurred by purchasers who fail to complete within the Promotional Period.
