Hello

Welcome to our inaugural season of events. We are very excited to share this with you: please do bear with us as we all find our feet!

We aim for our events to be accessible to all and hope you will all make the most of our beautiful setting. We are in the glorious outdoors however we plan to make your visit as comfortable and luxurious as possible.

Collapsible seating is available (preventing the well-known British plight of a ‘soggy bottom’).

You are welcome to bring your own blankets but fear not, if you forget – we will have blankets available to hire.

Weather

The entire auditorium is uncovered, so please be prepared for all types of weather. However, we have a beautiful 18m canvas marquee situated next to the amphitheatre for interval drinks and snacks.

This will serve as our emergency auditorium - meaning, regardless of the weather, the show will go on.

You are welcome to dress as casually or as smartly as you like. Remember, the theatre is entirely outdoors so please remember to come prepared for all eventualities, including sun cream, waterproofs, and jumpers (and wellies?!).

Cancellation

On rare occasions, it will not be possible for us to complete the performance, but we will never cancel a performance before the advertised start time, in this instance the Duty Manager will:

Make an announcement to the audience at the venue.

Notify TicketSource and activate refund procedure.

Update the website.

Announce cancellation on the Facebook page.

Put up signage at the venue.

If a show has to be cancelled mid-performance we will try our best to exchange tickets, but this is subject to availability.

Toilets

We may be outdoors but posh loos will be situated nearby including accessible toilets.

Mobile phones

Mobile phones and tablet screens are distracting to other audience members, so we ask that all devices are switched off during the performance.

Please be aware that:

Our parkland and amphitheatre are grassed surfaces, please take care when moving around. We do however have access for mobility vehicles.

Children

Children under 14 cannot be left unattended. We cannot be responsible for your children.

Dogs

Guide dogs are welcome however we have a ‘no dogs’ policy for our other canine friends.

Alcohol

Alcohol Sales are over 18’s only. A ‘Challenge 25’ policy will be in operation.

Photography

Ticket-holders consent to being filmed and photographed for social media, publicity and broadcast purposes.

Seating is unreserved. 

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless an event is cancelled.
