Great Alne Park Wellness weekend

20-21 May from 11.30am | Woodland Drive, Great Alne, Warwickshire, B49 6HS

Take the first step towards a healthier you!

In today's fast-paced world, where we are always on the move, taking care of our health often takes a backseat. But, it is important to remember that our health should be our top priority, and we should take proactive steps to maintain it. One way to do that is by keeping track of our numbers, such as blood pressure, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, and heart rate. Knowing these numbers can help us take necessary steps to prevent serious health conditions such as heart disease, stroke, and more.
