Stamp Duty Contribution up to £15,000
At Great Alne Park Retirement Village, there’s a limited‑time offer where Inspired Villages will contribute towards your Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) costs when you reserve and legally complete on a qualifying property between 1 January and 28 February 2026. The contribution can be up to £15,000 and is based on the actual SDLT liability for your purchase.
The contribution is deducted from the final purchase price at legal completion and is only available on selected properties. There’s no cash alternative and the offer can’t be used with any other promotion or incentive.
