  1. Offer on Phase 3 properties only.
  2. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  3. Incentive applied to a new purchase only.
  4. Legal fees are contributed when using one of our panel solicitors.
  5. Estate agent fees are contributed when using our assisted sale partner, Moveplus.
  6. This incentive cannot be exchanged for cash value or other incentives.
  7. SMP hours to be used prior, during or after the move - at the buyer's discretion.
  8. The offer has an end date of 15th August 2025.
