Millfield Green - Stamp Duty

  1. Inspired Villages will contribute towards the purchaser’s Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) up to a maximum value of £15,000.
  2. This incentive is only available on selected properties at Millfield Green, subject to availability.
  3. This incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or incentives.
  4. The exact value of the incentive will be based on the purchaser’s individual SDLT liability, calculated under current HMRC SDLT  at the time of exchange.
  5. The contribution will be deducted from the final purchase price at legal completion.
  6. This incentive cannot be exchanged for cash value or other incentives.
