Half Price Service Charge for 4 Years
At Millfield Green Retirement Village, there’s a limited-time offer where Inspired Villages will cover 50% of the standard service charge for four years (48 months) on selected properties. To qualify, purchasers must reserve and legally complete on a qualifying home between 1 January and 31 March 2026. The reduced service charge begins from the month of legal completion and continues for four years.
This incentive only applies to new residents buying selected properties at Millfield Green (and isn’t available on rental homes). The offer relates solely to the standard service charge - it does not include optional or additional services such as personal care, guest accommodation charges, utilities, or maintenance within individual homes. There’s no cash alternative, and the offer can’t be used with any other promotion or incentive.
