Millfield Green - 2 Years Free Service Charge

These terms apply to the 2 years free service charge scheme offered by Inspired Villages Group Limited (“Inspired Villages”) at Millfield Green (the “Offer”)

The Offer

  1. New purchasers of selected properties at Millfield Green (a “Purchaser”) will pay no service charge for the first 2 years after completion.
  2. Inspired Villages will cover the full cost of the service charge during this period.

When

  1. The Offer applies to reservations made between [date] to [date] (the “Promotional Period”).
  2. The service charge will be reduced to £0 for a period of 24 months, starting from the month of completion and ending 24 months thereafter.

Who Qualifies

  1. This Offer is only available exclusively to new purchasers of an Inspired Villages home, and applies only to selected properties at Millfield Green.
  2. To qualify, legal completion of your purchase must occur within the date set within your reservation agreement.
  3. This Offer is not available for rental properties.

Exclusions

  1. The Offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  2. At the end of the 2-year service charge free period, the full service charge will apply (currently £X per month, subject to annual review and increases).
  3. The value of the incentive will not increase in line with annual service charge increases.
  4. This Offer does not cover any additional or optional services such as:
  • Personal care or healthcare services
  • Guest accommodation charges
  • Repairs or maintenance within individual units
  • Utilities or council tax
  • Meal plans (if applicable)
  1. The Offer may be withdrawn if any of the following occur:
  • The Purchaser fails to complete their purchase by the date set within their reservation agreement.
  • The selected property is resold or transferred within the 2-year service charge free period.
  • The resident (or purchaser, if applicable) materially breaches any terms within their lease.
  1. Inspired Villages reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice and without liability.
