101 Ways to Enjoy Getting Older with Gloria Hunniford OBE

Wednesday 5th June 2019 , 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Durrants Village central clubhouse

After the success of our events at Austin Heath and Gifford Lea, we're bringing our 101 Ways event to the Durrants Village central clubhouse in partnership with Legal & General on June 5th. Gloria Hunniford, OBE, will host an expert panel to discuss health, happiness, inspiration and aspiration as we grow older.

Legal & General will be holding discussions on what your options are at retirement and what to consider for financing the different stages of retirement. Explore the benefits of volunteering as a contributor to positive ageing, with the national volunteering charity Royal Voluntary Service.

An unmissable event for the forward-thinking retirees of today and tomorrow.

There are two sessions available; morning 10am - 12pm and afternoon 12:30pm - 2:30pm. Please indicate which session you would like to attend on the booking form below.

This event is free but has limited availability, so book your place now!

Our 101 Ways Ambassador

As one of Britain's best-known TV and radio personalities, Gloria Hunniford requires little introduction. From chat show and current affairs host to presenter of lifestyle and consumer programmes, Gloria is one of the few broadcasters who can genuinely claim to embrace the spectrum of popular culture.

The topic of health and happiness in later life is something extremely important to us at Inspired Villages and the response to our '101 ways to enjoy retirement' campaign, chaired by Gloria.
