Yes, there is a minimum age of 65 that applies to all of our retirement villages. If you are part of a couple, then only one of you needs to be 65 or over. And despite what the name suggests, you don’t actually need to be retired to live in one of our retirement villages.*Please note some of our villages have different age restrictions.
