Terms and conditions
Applicable to New Sale and Shared Ownership Homes at Inspired Villages
Introduction
By taking part in this scheme, both the Referrer (the person making the referral) and the Referee (the new customer referred) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The scheme applies only to new property purchases or new shared ownership sales at an Inspired Village. It does not apply to rentals, resales, or re-let agreements.
This scheme is intended to reward introductions made in good faith and designed to be fair, transparent, and suitable for all participants, including older or potentially vulnerable customers.
Eligibility Criteria
A New Customer is defined as someone who has not enquired about, visited, or contacted Inspired Villages within the past 12 months prior to the referral.
The Referee must complete a new property purchase to trigger the referral reward.
You must have the Referee’s consent before submitting their details.
Referral Process
Referrers must submit the Referee’s name, phone number, and email address using the referral form (available at our villages or on our website) or by emailing [email protected].
The Referee must mention the Referrer at the time of their first enquiry.
Referrals are valid only where all eligibility criteria are met and the Referee completes their purchase within the validity period (see Validity or Referrals).
Referral Reward
When a referred customer completes a new property purchase, the Referrer will receive a £2,500 (or an equivalent voucher or benefit of the same value).
The Referee may also be eligible for any ongoing Inspired Villages promotional incentives, as advertised at the time of purchase.
Rewards are subject to availability.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Fairness and Independence
Participation in this scheme does not affect the price, terms, or conditions of any property purchase.
The scheme is not intended to influence personal or financial decisions regarding residence or potential new residence.
Inspired Villages encourages all customers to seek independent advice before committing to a property purchase.
Validity of Referrals
A referral is valid only if the Referee exchanges contracts within six (6) months of the referral being submitted.
If the Referee does not complete within that time, the referral will expire.
Reward Issuance
Rewards will be issued to the Referrer within 30 days of the Referee’s completed purchase.
Rewards will not be issued where eligibility requirements are not met.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
By participating, both parties consent to the use of their information for administering this referral scheme.
Changes and Termination
Inspired Villages may amend, suspend, or withdraw this scheme at any time.
Any changes will not affect referrals already submitted and confirmed as eligible.
Any updates will be communicated on our website at www.inspiredvillages.co.uk/refer-a-friend.
Complaints
Any complaints or concerns about the scheme can be raised through Inspired Villages’ Feedback and Complaints Policy, available on our website.
Liability
Inspired Villages is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the scheme, other than where required by law.
This scheme does not guarantee a successful property purchase by the Referee.
Miscellaneous
Inspired Villages’ decision regarding reward qualification is made with reference to these terms but does not affect your statutory rights.
