Great Alne Park - Stamp Duty Contribution up to £15,000

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) Contribution Offer available on selected properties at Great Alne Park, part of Inspired Villages.

Please read the following information carefully before reserving a property. By proceeding with a reservation under this offer, purchasers confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promotional Period

This offer is available for a limited time only.

The Promotional Period runs from 1 January 2026 to 28 February 2026 inclusive.

To qualify, purchasers must reserve and legally complete on a qualifying property at Great Alne Park within this period.

2. Eligibility

  • This offer is available only to new residents of Inspired Villages.

  • The offer is not available to residents currently living in any Inspired Village within the UK.

  • The incentive applies to selected properties only at Great Alne Park, subject to availability.

  • Inspired Villages reserves the right to determine which purchasers and properties qualify for this incentive.

3. Stamp Duty Contribution

  • Inspired Villages will contribute towards the purchaser’s Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) up to a maximum value of £15,000.

  • The exact value of the contribution will be based on the purchaser’s individual SDLT liability, calculated in accordance with HMRC SDLT rates in force at the time of exchange of contracts.

  • The contribution will be deducted from the final purchase price upon legal completion.

  • If the purchaser’s SDLT liability is less than £15,000, the contribution will be limited to the actual SDLT payable.

  • No cash alternative is available, and any unused portion of the maximum contribution will be forfeited.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

  • This incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or incentive.

  • The offer is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and qualifying property.

  • The incentive cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

5. General Terms

  • Inspired Villages reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend this offer at any time without prior notice.

  • All decisions made by Inspired Villages regarding eligibility and application of the incentive are final.

  • Purchasers are strongly advised to seek independent legal and financial advice, particularly in relation to Stamp Duty Land Tax obligations.
