Ampfield Meadows - Stamp Duty Offer
- Inspired Villages will contribute towards the purchaser’s Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) up to a maximum value of £15,000.
- This incentive is only available on selected properties at Ampfield Meadows, subject to availability.
- This incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or incentives.
- The exact value of the incentive will be based on the purchaser’s individual SDLT liability, calculated under current HMRC SDLT at the time of exchange.
- The contribution will be deducted from the final purchase price at legal completion.
- The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
