Stamp Duty - Terms and Conditions

1. Inspired Villages will cover half of the cost of the service charge for 4 years on selected properties only.
2. The service charge will be reduced to half price for a period of 48 months, from the month of completion and ending 48 months following.
3. This incentive is only available for new residents on the purchase of selected properties at Elderswell.
4. This offer is not available for rental properties.
5. The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

This offer does not cover any additional or optional services such as:

• Personal care or healthcare services
• Guest accommodation charges
• Repairs or maintenance within individual units
• Utilities or council tax
• Meal plans (if applicable)

The offer may be cancelled if:

• The buyer fails to complete the purchase within the promotional period.
• The property is resold or transferred within the 2-year period.
• The resident breaches any terms of the residency or lease agreement.
