Stratford Bike Hire

Stratford Bike Hire, located at Seven Meadows Road, Old Town, is set in a quirky refurbished Royal Mail train carriage, located at the Stratford Greenway, only a short walk from the centre of beautiful Stratford-upon-Avon. The Stratford Greenway is a 5-mile, disused railway line which has been transformed into a traffic-free foot and cycle path. Starting at the cycle centre at Seven Meadows Car Park on the west side of town and heading out along the river, it travels along the River Avon and the racecourse towards the nearby villages of Long Marston and Welford-on-Avon. There is also now an extension through Meon Vale making the route 6.5miles.
 
You can reserve some bikes, pick them up from the carriage at the Greenway and you can start and finish your ride from the cycle hire centre at the start of the track. You can rest, relax and get refreshments at the Carriages Cafe next door to the cycle hire centre, or in the middle at Milcote crossing... happy pedalling!
