At Austin Heath Retirement Village in Warwick, there’s a limited‑time Stamp Duty Contribution offer available for new buyers. If you reserve and legally complete on a qualifying property between 1 January and 28 February 2026, Inspired Villages will contribute towards your Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) costs, up to a maximum of £15,000.
The exact contribution you receive is based on your actual SDLT liability under HMRC rules, and the amount is deducted from the final purchase price at legal completion. Any unused portion of the maximum contribution is not refundable, and the offer can’t be used with other promotions or exchanged for cash.
