Austin Heath - Stamp Duty

  1. Inspired Villages will cover the full purchaser’s Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) on selected properties only.
  2. This incentive is only available on selected properties at Austin Heath, subject to availability and as determined by the sales team at the village.
  3. This incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or incentives.
  4. The exact value of the incentive will be based on the purchaser’s individual SDLT liability, calculated under current HMRC SDLT  at the time of exchange.
  5. The incentive will be deducted from the final purchase price at legal completion.
  6. This incentive cannot be exchanged for cash value or other incentives.
  7. This offer has an end date of 31st July 2025.
