Widmore Park - £30 Voucher for Visitors

These Terms & Conditions apply to the £30 Visitor Voucher Offer available at Widmore Park, part of Inspired Villages.

Please read the following information carefully before booking your visit. By taking part in this offer, visitors confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. Availability of the Offer

  • The £30 voucher (the “Voucher”) offer is available to first-time visitors only, subject to availability.

  • This offer is available exclusively at Widmore Park Village.

  • The offer is limited and may be withdrawn at any time.

2. Eligibility

  • The offer is available only to prospective purchasers who are visiting an Inspired Village for the first time.

  • The offer is not available to:

    • Existing visitors

    • Current homeowners

    • Residents of Inspired Villages

  • The offer is limited to one voucher per prospective purchaser and applies to the first visit only.

3. Tour Requirements

  • To qualify for the Voucher, visitors must complete a full, guided in-person tour of Widmore Park with a Village Advisor.

  • The tour must take place before the end of February 2026.

  • Virtual tours, self-guided visits or partial visits do not qualify for this offer.

  • Visitors must confirm availability of the offer with a Village Advisor prior to booking their visit.

  • The offer must be mentioned to the Village Advisor upon arrival at Widmore Park to be eligible.

4. Issuing of the Voucher

  • The Voucher will be issued only after completion of a full, in-person guided tour of the Village.

  • Vouchers are issued at the discretion of Inspired Villages and subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

5. Voucher Use

  • The Voucher is valid for single use only.

  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided.

  • The Voucher must be redeemed by 28 February 2026.

  • Any unused Voucher after this date will be deemed invalid.

6. Exclusions & Limitations

  • This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or event, unless otherwise specified by Inspired Villages.

  • Inspired Villages accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or expired vouchers.

7. General Terms

  • Inspired Villages reserves the right to withdraw, amend or substitute this offer at any time without prior notice.

  • All decisions made by Inspired Villages regarding eligibility and application of the offer are final.

  • Inspired Villages shall not be liable for any costs or losses incurred by visitors in connection with this offer.
