Stamp Duty - Terms and Conditions

1. Selected new properties only
2. Rental is a 3-year AST agreement
3. The value of the incentive is spread across the first 12 months
4. Full formal rental amount, subject to CPI increase, will resume at month 13
5. Full 5-week rental deposit required prior to starting the rental term
6. Subject to affordability criteria
7. By utilising this incentive, the AST break clause will increase from 12 months to 20 months
8. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
