Interest for properties within our villages has never been so high. We believe that’s because residents feel safe, secure and, even in lockdown are remaining social, active and relishing the entertainment and services we have been providing.
And we’re still helping people move into our villages, safely of course.
What is an Inspired Village?
Our villages feature beautiful homes that have been designed with later-life in mind.
There is an array of facilities for you to enjoy with family and friends, all set within the ‘village centre’ – a hub of life. Examples include a village shop, café and restaurant, wellbeing centre (featuring a fitness suite, pool, sauna and steam rooms, and a hair and beauty salon). A library and activity rooms often complete the many facilities residents can enjoy at our seven locations across the UK.

We understand the challenges of moving home during normal times, and realise the idea of moving during the Covid-19 outbreak can be even more daunting.

Getting ready for the ‘new normal’
Even though life is good for village residents during these challenging times, we’re all looking forward to the time when we can begin to get back to normal; a ‘new normal’. We know the world has changed, at Inspired Villages, we’re preparing to phase back in the use of the facilities residents know and love.
In time, new residents will be able to discover for themselves the relaxing steam room, followed by a dip in the pool; they’ll get to experience fine dining in our restaurant; they will be able to pop to the shop and enjoy a fresh cappuccino in the café; and they can take part in the endless clubs and activities we make available to residents – or even start their own!
