Our heritage
The Inspired Villages Story
Inspired Villages was established in 2017 when the founders entered into a partnership with Legal & General to operate and develop later living communities in suburban and rural locations across the UK. Since then we have won numerous awards and grown significantly, initially through a joint venture partnership between Legal & General and NatWest Group Pension Fund and from October 2025 with NatWest Group Pension Fund who solely own all the assets of the Inspired Villages Group.
We currently have eleven operational villages, three further sites under construction, and three communities in our development pipeline, all with planning secured.
Inspired Villages is a member of ARCO (Associated Retirement Community Operators), the UK sector body for retirement communities. As Approved Operators we aim to comply at all times with the ARCO Consumer Code.
