Tom has over 20 year’s experience in the hospitality industry, spending a considerable amount of this time with InterContinental Hotels Group where he managed a number of properties, including the InterContinental Hotel in Dubai, concluding his time as Head of Global Operations.

Tom joined Inspired Villages in September 2018, focussing on continuous improvement of our Villages, he is passionate about delivering great service to our residents and improving our communities to help our residents age well.

Tom is married with 2 x Children who keep him busy out of work, but loves to get away to the beach and skiing, or even for the odd round of golf when time permits.
