Celebrating our best
The afternoon of Friday 18th November saw our third annual ViVA awards beamed across our business network, and we also welcomed our two newest villages, Ledian Gardens and Elderswell in to the family.
Everyone came together to celebrate colleagues amazing achievements going above and beyond, for each other and for our residents, over the last year.
Seventeen awards were handed out on the day, going to colleagues and teams who live our purpose, values and culture every day. We wanted to show our colleagues how much we truly value them by making each prize more special than ever before.
Each winner received a significant cash reward paid into their Inspired World account, to spend it on anything they like – and benefit from the discounts offered through a large network of retail partners.
