Inspired Villages launches new sales suite at Warwick retirement village

Inspired Villages is inviting people from Warwick, Leamington and the surrounding area to visit its new sales suite located on the site of the retirement village, which is currently being constructed on Gallagher Way, Heathcote.

Visitors will have the opportunity to find out more about the first 49 Sovereign Quarter apartments that will be completed in February 2016.  They will also be able to view a scale model of the village, as well as computer-generated imagery of the new retirement homes.

The drop-in launch event will take place from 10am – 4pm on Saturday 20th June and Sunday 21st June in the sales suite at the Inspired Villages site on Gallagher Way, Heathcote, CV34 6AF.

The £65m Inspired Villages scheme offers the over 65s one and two-bedroom homes, a wide range of social and leisure activities and a variety of care packages.  All 167 apartments, penthouses and other on-site facilities are scheduled to be completed by 2018, including a village centre with a wellness spa and relaxation pool, gym, shops, restaurant and community rooms.
